  • Jeremy Infotech was founded by Technocrats in 2010 with the vision to provide "Affordable Consulting".
  • The founding team has more than 24 years of global experience in the IT industry.
  • Our lead managers have earlier managed large IT projects globally for MNC’s and have earlier worked globally onsite – in the US, Singapore, Hong-Kong and India, setting up and operationalizing large IT project teams and staffing the project teams across
  • geographies and executing IT projects assignments using the Global Delivery Model – leveraging project teams onsite / offsite / offshore.
  • For the past several years in India, we have handled large IT staffing assignments for MNC’s across a wide variety of skill-sets.

Leadership Team

Prakash Francis
Founder and Lead Consultant

Prakash Francis holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics Engineering (BE) from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, India. He has over 24 years of experience in the information technology industry in both operational and leadership roles. He is the founder of Jeremy Infotech.
  • Though he comes from Bengaluru, our very own Silicon City, he has lived in the US on long-term work assignments. A passion for travel has taken him to more than 17 countries and more than 45 global cities – the experience has been enriching, humbling and soul changing and this reflects in the depth of character in work assignments.
  • He has exposure to a variety of technology skill-sets and is currently the key architect involved in the design and build of several software products as part of new business initiatives of Jeremy Infotech.
  • In his previous assignments he was a Business Manager with Larsen & Toubro Infotech (USA) and was instrumental in setting up the Boston, MA office with Business and Operational responsibility for 6 states including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and Rhode Island.
  • Prior to this he worked as a Business Manager with Mastech Systems Corporation (USA) as part of the IT Solutions Team developing IT Projects business for several states in the US. During the initial part of his career at Mastech he was an IT Project Manager and handling IT Projects / Accounts for the APAC region. Some of the IT projects he managed globally were for large MNC’s which were based out of Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and USA.
  • He has earlier worked Globally Onsite – in the US, Singapore, Hong-Kong, etc. setting up and operationalizing large IT staffing and IT Projects assignments.
  • He has extensive hands-on experience setting up Off-shore / Near-shore and Off-Site / On-site IT Project Delivery teams based on the Global Delivery Model – thereby enabling end-clients to leverage cost arbitrage.
  • Prior to Mastech Systems Corp, he was the Center Head of TCG Software based out of Mumbai, India. He was responsible for overseeing the Delivery of IT Projects predominantly in the IBM Mainframe Domain for a very large US based Airline Carrier.
  • For the past several years in India - he has handled large IT Staffing Assignments for MNC’s across a wide variety of skill-sets.

Sowmya N
Lead - Recruitment

  • Sowmya holds a Diploma in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
  • She has many years of experience as a Lead for Recruitment and manages several MNC clients and numerous New Age Technology Start-Ups handling the entire IT Staffing Requirements of our Clients.
  • Due to her technical background she understands the nuances of various IT requirements and has tremendous experience in screening and validating candidates as per expectations of our clients.
  • Her technical expertise spans a gamut of skill-sets across the Technology spectrum.
  • She has experience screening candidates across all levels of experience.
